Speaker - Brooke Fryer
Our July speaker is Brooke Fryer from WELLfed. This is a free adult education programme. Participants learn how to plan, shop, safely prepare and cook low-cost healthy meals, with a strong focus on seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables. As requested, the Club will ask for donations of winter jackets of all sizes, which Natasha will collect and take to Porirua.
